What 1% Full-Service actually means
A lower listing fee should not mean less representation.
The value of representation shows up after the listing goes live: communication, offers, negotiations, deadlines and the issues that can develop before closing.
Listing strategy
Discuss pricing, property details, MLS preparation and how the home will be positioned for the market.
Showing coordination
Eaton coordinates showing requests while the seller provides the agreed method of property access.
Offers & negotiation
Review price, financing, concessions, timing and contingencies before deciding how you want to respond.
Contract to closing
Guidance continues through inspection, appraisal, title, financing and other contract-to-close milestones.
