Choose the $299 Rental MLS-Only option if you want MLS exposure and prefer to handle inquiries, showings, applications, screening, lease execution and move-in yourself.
Choose Tenant Placement if you want additional brokerage help with rental pricing, MLS marketing, inquiries, showing coordination, applications, screening coordination and lease/move-in steps as defined by the signed brokerage agreement. The placement fee is 50% of the first month's rent, with no ongoing Eaton management fee after the placement process is complete.
