Zaragoza-area, Lee Trevino-area and farther-east homes may draw different direct comparisons. Use the location that fits the property.
East El Paso sellers compete across a broad set of neighborhoods and major corridors, including areas around Zaragoza, Lee Trevino and Interstate 10. A smart listing highlights the features that make a specific home competitive.
Check your address first. Before paying for an El Paso-area flat-fee MLS plan, ask Eaton to confirm the applicable MLS and whether your property qualifies.

East El Paso is too large for a single fair pricing benchmark. A home in an established block may be compared with different inventory from a newer resale farther east. Begin near the property: similar homes in its subdivision or directly competing neighborhoods, then account for age, condition, room count and outdoor space.
Because buyers can compare numerous listings online, the information must be easy to evaluate. Photograph kitchens, bathrooms, garages, yard and any meaningful upgrades. Verify the dimensions and facts in the MLS description. For a home priced near competing new construction, evaluate buyer incentives and closing credits rather than simply copying a builder’s asking price.
Some East El Paso sellers are moving before their house sells. With the 1% plan, Eaton can manage showing requests and feedback and guide offers and contract-to-close logistics remotely. Sellers still arrange the property access method and photos.

Measure differences in finishes, lot, move-in timing and potential builder incentives when relevant.
Give buyers clear, accurate facts about improvements, major systems and the home’s actual condition.
