The recurring management fee is based on rent collected. Final accounting and management terms are stated in the signed management agreement.
Does Eaton mark up repair invoices?
The current program does not add a maintenance markup. Owners set a normal repair authorization threshold and remain responsible for third-party vendor charges.
Do you manage short-term vacation rentals?
No. Eaton’s property-management program is for long-term residential rentals.
Can I cancel?
The Kissimmee-area program is designed around 30 days’ notice, subject to the signed agreement and any obligations that must be completed at termination.
