MLS Basic is for sellers who already know they can manage buyer inquiries, showings, offers, contracts, title and closing. Eaton handles the core MLS entry while keeping the fee as low as possible.
Know the Limits Before You Start
Choose a higher-service plan if you want pricing advice, phone support, document resources, negotiation or contract-to-close management.
No photography or yard-sign add-ons are offered with MLS Basic. Supply your own photos. For optional $199 photography or a $99 Eaton yard sign, choose FSBO Plus or 1% Full Service.

The seller supplies the photos, sets the price and manages inquiries, showings, offers, contracts, title and closing. MLS Basic does not include a CMA, pricing guidance or seller representation.

MLS Basic is currently offered across Florida and Texas. Availability depends on the property location and the applicable MLS.
After the listing agreement is signed and before Eaton begins MLS preparation. This differs from the $499 FSBO Plus plan, which allows you to review the live listing before payment.
Up to 10 seller-supplied photos are included with MLS Basic.
Two listing-change requests are included. Additional requests are $25 each. An open-house addition or update counts as a listing-change request.
No. Ongoing service after enrollment is handled by email. If you want phone and email support, consider $499 FSBO Plus.
