Stephen is hands down the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. After switching realtors more than half a dozen times because of over promising and under delivering, we feel incredibly lucky to have found him. By far the most honest and objective as well as knowledgeable regarding not only real estate but trends of the market as well. Does not over promise anything, and to the contrary, I would go as far as to say he under promises and over delivers. Working with Stephen has been an absolute pleasure and it is incredibly relieving to know that we will never have to search for a realtor ever again. I couldn’t recommended someone more.

Stephen was easy to work with and really responsive to email. The whole process of listing on MLS only took a few minutes and within a couple of days I started receiving calls of interest. House ended up selling within 1 week after sitting for months on FSBO websites. Thank you Stephen for your assistance.

If you want a Realtor who will go the EXTRA mileS for you, the Eatons will make it happen. We were in a bind time-wise and they pulled all the stops to help us get the house sold so that we can move forward with relocation to help our elderly parents. Sorry for the late review but we are deeply indebted to you guys for all the help you gave us.
Do not hesitate to work with the Eatons. They will take good care of you. We are a 2 times client with them and would not hesitate to work with them again.
