How pricing works

Volume changes the conversation.

We do not publish a blanket “portfolio discount” because five occupied rentals in one city are different from twenty scattered lots or a builder’s phased inventory. Pricing should reflect actual workload, property type, marketing, access and transaction support.

  • Define the assignment first.
  • Standardize what can be standardized.
  • Keep property-specific facts separate.
  • Agree on reporting and communication rhythm.
  • Then price the brokerage scope.
No inflated claims.

We will not represent that Eaton has handled an institutional-scale portfolio unless that experience is documented. The proof we show is verifiable: seller reviews, repeat-client reviews, active Florida/Texas coverage, published service terms and direct broker involvement.
