When is the 1% fee paid?
The 1% listing-side fee is paid from closing proceeds only if the property sells. There is no upfront listing fee, and the listing can be canceled for $0.
When is the $499 FSBO Plus fee paid?
The $499 FSBO Plus fee is due after live-listing review according to your signed agreement and is non-refundable once paid.
Who handles the transaction on the MLS-only plan?
