For the past six years, my family and I have proudly called Celebration, Florida home—and let me tell you, it’s more than just a neighborhood. It’s a lifestyle. One of the biggest reasons I fell in love with Celebration? The schools. My daughter graduated from Celebration High School, where the memories were as magical as the zip code. Her senior prom was held at Epcot—yes, Epcot—and that’s just one of the many perks of living near Walt Disney World.

The Celebration K-8 School is also highly regarded, and the entire Osceola County School District offers strong academic programs, especially for those focused on business, STEM, or the arts.

I run the Celebration Marathon every year and also love participating in two of our town’s most fun and festive local races—the Pancake Run and the Superhero 5K. These events capture the heart of the community: active, family-friendly, and always full of Celebration charm.

The Celebration Trail System—winding through wetlands, lakes, and picturesque neighborhoods—is one of my favorite places to train. Every run feels like a scenic tour through paradise.

Downtown Celebration is a postcard-perfect hub that blends classic architecture, boutique shopping, weekend farmers markets, and an energy that’s both upscale and laid-back. I’m there several times a week—grabbing coffee, meeting clients, or just enjoying the view with my wife and daughter.

And yes, I’m a Publix addict. Our local Celebration Publix feels more like a neighborhood hangout than a grocery store. (Pro tip: their bakery smells like home.)

I train regularly at AdventHealth Wellness Center & Gym—a state-of-the-art facility that’s just minutes away. With cutting-edge equipment, friendly staff, and a full schedule of classes, it keeps me motivated and energized year-round.

The birds here are unreal. It’s not uncommon to see sandhill cranes crossing the street or herons gliding over Lake Rianhard. Nature is built into the DNA of Celebration, from its shaded trails to the conservation areas that border the neighborhoods.

We go to Walt Disney World and Disney Springs every single week. It’s our backyard. Whether it’s grabbing lunch at Polite Pig, catching live music by the waterfront, or riding Guardians of the Galaxy on a Wednesday evening, there’s never a dull moment.

This close proximity makes everyday life feel like a vacation—and it’s a huge bonus for families, Disney fans, or those who just want that resort-style experience every day.

As I continue to build my roots here, I plan to get more involved in community organizations like:
