My wife and I running a race through Epcot

🏃‍♂️ Everything I Learned from Running, I Apply to My Real Estate Company
And It’s Changed the Way I Serve Clients—For the Better.

When I first got into running, I thought it was just about speed and endurance. But over time, I realized it’s about something deeper: discipline, strategy, and the willingness to show up, day after day—even when it’s hard.

That same mindset is how I run my real estate business.

Pacing Matters
In running, you don’t sprint the whole race. You pace yourself for the long haul. That’s how I approach real estate too—steady, strategic, and focused on long-term wins for my clients, not quick commissions.

Small Gains Add Up
Running teaches you that shaving off 30 seconds is a big deal. In real estate, it’s the same with details: better pricing, better timing, better decisions. I’m always looking for ways to improve the experience and reduce the cost—because every bit matters.

You Don’t Need Fancy Shoes to Win
One of the best runners I’ve ever seen wore beat-up sneakers and crushed everyone. It reminded me: it’s not about flash. It’s about function.
That’s why I’ve shaped my services to be efficient and cost-effective—removing fluff and focusing on what actually works. Sometimes that means giving clients the option to do more themselves and pay less. And honestly, they often love it.

Show Up. Every Time.
There are days when the run feels hard, and days when real estate does too. But the key is to keep showing up. That’s what I do for my clients—whether it’s a million-dollar listing or a simple flat fee MLS post.

Running hasn’t just kept me in shape—it’s kept me honest. It taught me that every step counts, especially when you’re guiding someone else to the finish line.

No sales pitch. Just sharing the mindset that drives the work I do.
Because whether we’re training for a marathon or navigating a sale, the right pace—and the right partner—makes all the difference.
