1. What is the difference between your Flat Fee MLS and 1% Full Service MLS Listing plans?

We offer two powerful ways to sell your home and save money:

  • Flat Fee MLS Listing ($500) – You get listed on the MLS and major real estate websites like Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Trulia. You handle showings, negotiations, and closing. Perfect for FSBO sellers.
     
  • 1% Full Service Listing – We handle everything: pricing, MLS input, showings, negotiation, contracts, and closing. It’s full broker support for just 1% commission, not the typical 3%.
     

Both options are designed to give you maximum exposure with minimal listing costs.


2. What is a Flat Fee MLS Listing?

A Flat Fee MLS Listing allows home sellers to pay a low one-time fee to have their property listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)—the same database used by Realtors to find homes for buyers. With our $500 Flat Fee MLS plan, you keep control of your sale while getting massive exposure across Florida and Texas real estate markets.


3. What does your 1% Full Service Listing Plan include?

Our 1% Full Service MLS Plan includes everything you’d expect from a traditional agent—just at a fraction of the cost:

  • Accurate pricing and market strategy
     
  • Professional MLS listing with detailed write-up
     
  • Buyer agent coordination and showings
     
  • Contract negotiation and legal forms

4. Do I have to pay a buyer’s agent commission with either plan?

No—you are not required to offer a buyer’s agent commission. With both our Flat Fee MLS and 1% Full Service options, you decide how much commission (if any) to offer a buyer’s agent. Some sellers choose to offer 2–3% to attract more buyer agents, while others offer less or nothing at all.
